To maintain the optimum level of performance and protection for your Mercedes-Benz, our "Prestige Maintenance" Plan provides the most comprehensive and professional service to you.
Once you join the plan, you can enjoy the highest level of maintenance and repair services at any of our Zung Fu Service Centres in Hong Kong. All regular maintenance and repairs with only a few exceptions are included for 2 1/2 years right after 6 months (i.e. the vehicle aged from the 7th to 36th month) or up to a total mileage of 60,000 kilometres from the date of first registration, whichever comes first.
In order to preserve the outstanding quality of your vehicle's performance, only top grade fully synthetic lubrication oil can be used in our service centres. All spare parts we use are directly from Mercedes-Benz in Germany and all our mechanics are well trained professionals who are constantly updated on the latest technological developments of Mercedes-Benz.

Why should I need to join the "Prestige Maintenance" plan? |

New Mercedes-Benz passenger car sold by Zung Fu will be granted a 2-year warranty period starting from the date of first registration (normal maintenance services and wear & tear items are not included), provided the vehicle is regularly serviced and maintained by Zung Fu. If the vehicle is maintained or repaired by an unauthorized workshop, the 2-year factory warranty may be affected or terminated without any compensation at Mercedes-Benz's sole discretion.
The "Prestige Maintenance" plan ensures your Mercedes-Benz can be regularly maintained (and practically all wear & tear items are included) for 30 months starting from the 7th month or up to a total mileage of 60,000 kilometres from the date of first registration. At the same time, you can enjoy the valuable 2-year factory warranty along with a full warranty provided by Zung Fu for the third year after the date of first registration. |

Items not covered include tyres, battery, glass, interior and exterior trimming, accident repairs, body and paint rectification, towing and associated charges. Damage due to theft, vandalism, driver abuse, long and improper storage and use of modified or non-Mercedes-Benz components with improper installation are not covered in the plan.
Admission to the "Prestige Maintenance" Plan
New Mercedes-Benz passenger cars sold by Zung Fu with good mechanical condition will be qualified instantly. Special terms will be granted on work required to qualify your Mercedes-Benz for inclusion in the plan.
Transfer Privilege
If you sell your Mercedes-Benz, the "Prestige Maintenance" plan can be transferred to the new owner subject to inspection by Zung Fu and provision of appropriate documentation.
