Annual Maintenance Plan
To maintain the optimum level of performance and protection for your Mercedes-Benz after the expiry of the "Prestige Maintenance" plan and "Comprehensive Maintenance" plan, our "Annual Maintenance" plan provides the most comprehensive services to your.

To join this plan, you only have to pay a fixed price on an annual basis, renewable through to the 8th year of operation. Once you have joined the plan, you can enjoy the highest level of maintenance and repairing services at any of our Zung Fu Service Centres.

In order to maintain the outstanding performance of your vehicle, only top grade fully synthetic lubrication oil can be used in our service centres. All spare parts we use are directly from Mercedes-Benz in Germany and all of our mechanics are well trained professionals who are constantly updated on the latest technological development of Mercedes-Benz.



Q: What kinds of services are included in the "Annual Maintenance" plan?
A:

This plan covers all routine maintenance and repair services including component overhaul at any of our Zung Fu Service Centres. It offers total peace of mind and you do not have to worry about unbudgeted repair costs.
Q: How does the "Annual Maintenance" plan charge?
A: This plan is charged on an annual basis and can be renewable annually.
Q: After joining the "Annual Maintenance" plan, what is the charge for changing small components such as wiper blades or light bulb?
A: Under this plan, there is no need for you to pay for changing the wiper blades or light bulb at Zung Fu Service Centres. Even wear & tear items including brake pads, brake discs etc. are covered in the plan.
Q: Does the "Annual Maintenance" plan have a running allowance?
A: According to your specific requirement, you can choose the service plan from the various mileage coverage of 20,000, 30,000 or 40,000 kilometres within the "Annual Maintenance" plan.

Items not covered include tyres, battery, radio and audio system (incl. antenna), alarm system, glass, interior and exterior trimming, accident repairs, body and paint rectification, towing and associated charges. Damage due to theft, vandalism, driver abuse, modified components, long and improper storage are also not covered in the plan.

Admission to the "Annual Maintenance" plan
Mercedes-Benz passenger cars sold and regularly maintained by Zung Fu will be qualified immediately as long as the vehicle is in good mechanical condition. Vehicles, which do not have previous service history, are subject to inspection before acceptance.

Special terms will be granted on work required to qualify your Mercedes-Benz for inclusion in the plan.

 Transfer Privilege
If you sell your Mercedes-Benz, the plan can be transferred to the new owner subject to inspection and appropriate documentation.
