Once you join the plan, you can enjoy the highest level of maintenance and repair services at any of our Zung Fu Service Centres in Hong Kong. All regular maintenance and repairs with only a few exceptions are included for 1 1/2 years right after 6 months (i.e. the vehicle aged from the 7th to 24th month) or up to a total mileage of 40,000 kilometres from the date of first registration, whichever comes first.

In order to preserve the outstanding quality of your vehicle's performance, only top grade fully synthetic lubrication oil can be used in our service centres. All spare parts we use are directly from Mercedes-Benz in Germany and all our mechanics are well trained professionals who are constantly updated on the latest technological developments of Mercedes-Benz.

Q: Why should I join the "Comprehensive Maintenance" plan? A: New Mercedes-Benz passenger car sold by Zung Fu will be granted a 2-year warranty period starting from the date of first registration (normal maintenance services and wear & tear items are not included), provided that the vehicle is regularly serviced and maintained by Zung Fu. If the vehicle is maintained or repaired by an unauthorized workshop, the 2-year factory warranty may be affected or terminated without at Mercedes-Benz's sole discretion. The "Comprehensive Maintenance" plan ensures your Mercedes-Benz can be regularly maintained (and practically all wear & tear items are included) for 18 months starting from the 7th month or up to a total mileage of 40,000 kilometres from the date of first registration. At the same time, you can enjoy this valuable 2-year warranty after first registration.     Q: What types of services are included in the "Comprehensive Maintenance" plan? A: This plan covers general maintenance and repair services including component overhaul at any of our Zung Fu Service Centres. It offers total peace of mind and you do not have to worry about unbudgeted maintenance and repair costs within the contract period.     Q: How does the "Comprehensive Maintenance Plan" charge? A: A one-off payment provides comprehensive maintenance and repair services.     Q: After joining the "Comprehensive Maintenance Plan", what is the charge for changing small components such as spark plugs or light bulb? A: Under this plan, there is no need to pay for changing spark plugs or light bulb, at any of the Zung Fu Service Centres. Even wear & tear items such as brake pads, brake discs, air and fuel filters etc. are covered in the plan as well.     Q: What is the period and mileage coverage of the "Comprehensive Maintenance" plan? A: "Comprehensive Maintenance" plan covers 1 1/2 years starting from the 7th month or up to a total mileage of 40,000 kilometres from the date of first registration, whichever comes first.     Q: What happens after the second year? A: The "Comprehensive Maintenance" plan operates for 18 months starting from the 7th month or up to a total mileage of 40,000 kilometres from the date of first registration in tandem with the 2-year warranty. In the third year you will have to pay for maintenance, replacement of wear & tear items and any other mechanical/electrical repairs to the vehicle. Items Covered

Items not covered include tyres, battery, glass, interior and exterior trimming, accident repairs, body and paint rectification, towing and associated charges. Damage due to theft, vandalism, driver abuse, long and improper storage and use of modified or non-Mercedes-Benz components with improper installation are not covered in the plan.
