The driver and front passenger seats are equipped with front airbags (which deploy in two stages, depending on accident severity) as well as sidebags. The second seat row also has sidebags integrated into the backrests. In the event of a side collision, or a roll-over, windowbags can expand like a curtain to protect all the seat rows. The driver and front passenger seats, as well as the rear seats in the 5 and 5+2-seater, are fitted with 3-point seat belts and belt tensioners as standard. Like the front seats, the outer seats in the second row also feature belt force limiters.
