One of the highlights in the new C-Class, the optionally available ADVANCED AGILITY package with special sports mode (standard in C 350 AMG Edition and C 63 AMG) is an electronically controlled damping system which constantly adjusts to the driver's style at the push of a button.

Equipped with the optional ADVANCED AGILITY package, the C-Class is lowered by 15 millimetres and has noticeably more dynamic handling in sports mode. The package also includes sports speed-sensitive power steering which has a sportier feel and conveys an even more direct sense of control. By pressing a button, you can tell the system whether your preference is for a sporty driving experience or a distinctly comfort-oriented one. With sports mode selected, the system adjusts not only the firmness of the damping, but also the gearshift response of the automatic transmission and even sharpens the accelerator response. Assuming, of course, that you are in the mood for it. Otherwise, you can simply choose the comfort mode and enjoy a particularly smooth and comfortable ride.
