Additional comfort is offered by THERMOTRONIC luxury automatic climate control, which is available as an option (standard for the CLK 500 and CLK 63 AMG). It allows separate temperature settings to be made for the driver and passengers. The system regulates the airflow and temperature according to the outside temperature and the intensity and angle of the sun’s rays. The sensor system can also detect poor ambient air quality and close the ventilation flaps when necessary.
